Welcome back everyone! Are you all laughing at me? I would be if I were you... why, oh WHY do people have to pick Pacific Point in color challenges? *sigh* I have tried MANY times to embrace this color but I just {can't}. I do the best I can with it but never really {love} any of the results...
SO - this week's combination over at The Color Dare is Pacific Point, Blushing Bride and Melon Mambo... {what?} I sat and sat and sat and sat. I had no clue where to start. I found this sketch over at Card Patterns and got to work:
I have been dying to use this new stamp and thought I might be able to make the colors work for a {Christmas} card...???
Stamps: Many Merry Messages (SU!), Christmas Usher (Penny Black) Paper: Whisper White, Pacific Point, Melon Mambo Ink: Melon Mambo, Pacific Point, Versamark Accessories: Blushing Bride poly-twill ribbon, chipboard snowflakes, Copics, glitter, Heat & Stick powder, paper piercer, corner punch (Martha Stewart), adhesive pearls, Perfect Polka Dots embossing folder
I hope you will take the challenge and play with us this week at the Color Dare. If you need more inspiration (and, quite frankly, I wouldn't be surprised if you did...), make sure you stop in at each of the DT's blogs and leave them some love. Thanks for stopping by - see you tomorrow for a new 4 Crafty Chicks challenge!

OMGOSH girl, you make me laugh! The way you made it sound - it was going to be totally hideous...your card is GORGEOUS - you did great with that color combo! No worries - and I will keep incorporating PP in our monthly stamp group - maybe THEN you will find a love for it?!? hahahahah
Great job!
You've done a great job with the colours. Love the ruffled ribbon with the snowflakes and the image is too fun. Lovely card.
This is so funny, I love how you make PP so tough for you, yet your card doesn't show stress...I love it...very nicely done! Can't wait to see what else you come up with tomorrow!!
Cheers!
You've done a great job with this!!!! Love that crimpley pink ribbon.
Glad to know some one else had issues with these colours! Beautiful card - love the snowflakes!
